Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Indivisa Awards (“Awards”), organized by Indivisa, a platform owned and operated by Footballco (“Organizer”), and sponsored by Roshn Group (“Sponsor”).

By accessing, voting, or participating in the Awards, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
Participation in the Awards is open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry. By participating, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate.

2. Voting Process
Votes may be submitted through official Indivisa platforms only. Each participant may be limited to a set number of votes per category, as determined by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of votes and to disqualify any votes that are deemed fraudulent, duplicated, or manipulated.

3. Awards Categories and Nominees
All nominees and categories are selected at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, remove, or add categories and nominees at any time without prior notice.

4. Results and Shortlisting
Votes contribute to the selection of shortlisted nominees and/or winners but may not be the sole determining factor. Final decisions may also take into account additional criteria, including but not limited to expert panels or editorial input.
All decisions made by the Organizer are final and binding.

5. Announcement of Winners
Shortlisted nominees and winners will be announced on official Indivisa platforms and/or through partner channels on dates determined by the Organizer.

6. Use of Data
By participating, you agree that any personal data provided may be collected, processed, and used by the Organizer and its partners for the purposes of administering the Awards, audience insights, and promotional activities, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property
All content related to the Awards, including but not limited to branding, logos, text, and media, is owned by or licensed to Footballco and/or its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Sponsor Acknowledgment
The Awards are sponsored by Roshn Group. The Sponsor is not responsible for the administration, execution, or outcome of the Awards unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer and Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Awards, including but not limited to technical issues, system failures, or unauthorized access.

10. Changes and Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Awards or these Terms at any time without prior notice, for any reason deemed necessary.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes arising in connection with the Awards shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

By participating in the Indivisa Awards, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
